Function:
Automated production of sliders from pre-painted strip steel. Sliders provide a visually attractive join between (steel) doorjamb and ceiling.

Operation:
The machine provides the flat supply of strip steel with six right-angled translations in which a clamping protuberance is also introduced at the edge at a certain position. A special bending technique for sharp edges is applied with this machine. In other words, the edging technique could not be employed for this because it would leave behind unacceptable marks on the pre-painted material. Two sliders are made simultaneously which are each other’s mirror images: one for the hinge jamb and one for the closing side jamb.
